Cash Pay rates are as followed:

• $200 Initial evaluation 60 minutes (Mandatory for all NEW patients)
• $125 Follow-up appt 30 minutes (medication adjustments/refills)
• $65 Psychotherapy add on to follow up 45 mins
• $45 Psychotherapy add on to follow up 30 mins
• $135 Psychotherapy 50 mins

We do prescribe some controlled substances depending on your diagnosis.
